1. Eligibility

By uploading content (such as perfume bottle photos, notes, or reviews), you grant Perfume Lens a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Services. You retain ownership of your content.

You agree not to upload content that:

Infringes on the rights of others;
Contains sensitive personal information;
Is unlawful or inappropriate.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Subscription & Fees

Some features may require a paid subscription or membership. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the pricing, payment, and billing policies presented at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software related to Perfume Lens are the property of Perfume Lens LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Services without prior written permission.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Perfume Lens does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perfume Lens LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting an updated version on our website or within the App. Your continued use of the Services after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
