These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Perfume Lens mobile application, website, and related products or services (“Services”) provided by Perfume Lens LLC (“Perfume Lens,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 12 years old to use the Services. Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Account Registration

To use most features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current information
Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
Accept responsibility for activities under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Violate laws or regulations
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the app
Upload content that is false, defamatory, harmful, or infringes rights
Interfere with the platform’s security or performance

4. User Content

By uploading photos, notes, or other materials, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and modify your content to provide the Services. You retain ownership. We may use de-identified content for research or marketing.

You may not upload:

Content that infringes third-party rights
Sensitive personal or financial information
Inappropriate or illegal materials

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Some features may require payment or subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

Pricing and billing terms at time of purchase
Automatic renewal unless canceled 24 hours before renewal
Managing your subscription through the App Store or Google Play

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All branding, code, designs, and content are the property of Perfume Lens LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any material without written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may link to or integrate third-party tools. We are not responsible for external sites, services, or content.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors or harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Termination ends your rights to use the Services immediately.

11. Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be posted in the App or on our website. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA.
